Your organization uses a self-hosted, Bitwarden-compatible password manager. All passwords are end-to-end encrypted — admins cannot see your data.
本組織使用自架的密碼管理器（Vaultwarden），相容 Bitwarden。所有密碼端對端加密 — 管理員無法看到你的密碼內容。

Step 1
Create Your Account
建立帳號
- Click "Join Organization Now" in the email from DSET Vault點擊 DSET Vault 邀請信中的 「Join Organization Now」
- Create your account at the web vault
vt.dset.tw在網頁版密碼庫 vt.dset.tw 建立帳號
- Set a new, unique master password設定一組全新的主密碼（不與其他帳號共用）
- Log in — but do not accept the invitation yet登入 — 但先不要接受組織邀請

- Accept the organization invitation接受組織邀請
No 2FA = you cannot join the organization. Accepting first gives an error about two-step login — that is expected, not a broken invite. Invite expires in 5 days; use the web vault (vt.dset.tw), not the extension or mobile app.
沒設定 2FA 就無法加入組織。先按接受會出現「請先啟用兩步驟登入」的錯誤 — 這是正常的，不是邀請壞掉。邀請 5 天內過期；全程請用網頁版（vt.dset.tw），不能用擴充功能或手機 App。

Two-Step Login (Required)
兩步驟驗證（必要）
Your organization requires 2FA. No 2FA = no shared passwords. Use an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Bitwarden Authenticator, or Authy).
組織要求啟用 2FA。沒設定 = 看不到共用密碼。請安裝驗證器 App（Google Authenticator、Bitwarden Authenticator 或 Authy）。

- Log in at
vt.dset.tw登入 vt.dset.tw
- Settings → Security → Two-step loginSettings → Security → Two-step login
- Authenticator App → Manage → scan QRAuthenticator App → Manage → 掃描 QR Code
- Enter the 6-digit code → Enable輸入 6 位數驗證碼 → Enable
- Test in a private/incognito window開無痕視窗測試登入
Step 2
Save Your Recovery Code
儲存 Recovery Code
After enabling 2FA, save your recovery code. Store it somewhere safe — not in the vault. Lost phone + no recovery code = permanently locked out.
啟用 2FA 後，務必儲存 Recovery Code。寫下來，放在安全的地方（不要存在密碼庫裡）。手機遺失 + 沒有 Recovery Code ＝ 帳號永久鎖定。
Step 3
Accept the Invitation
接受組織邀請
- Go back to the invitation email, click "Join Organization Now" again回到邀請信，再按一次 「Join Organization Now」
- Log in and click Accept登入後按 Accept（接受）
- An admin confirms you — then shared passwords appear管理員確認後，共用密碼就會出現

安裝 Bitwarden
Every app — browser extension, mobile, desktop — uses the same setup:

The order matters
順序很重要
Create your account → set up 2FA → then accept the organization invitation. Our organization requires two-step login, and the server will not let you join until 2FA is enabled. Accepting first gives an error about two-step login — that is expected, not a broken invite.
建立帳號 → 設定 2FA → 最後才接受組織邀請。組織強制要求兩步驟登入，沒啟用 2FA 就無法加入組織。先按接受會出現「請先啟用兩步驟登入」的錯誤 — 這是正常的，不是邀請壞掉。
You will receive an email from DSET Vault with a "Join Organization Now" button.
你會收到一封來自 DSET Vault 的電子郵件，裡面有 「Join Organization Now」 按鈕。
- Click the link in the email — it opens the web vault at
vt.dset.tw.按下郵件中的連結 — 會開啟網頁版密碼庫 vt.dset.tw。
- Create your account (or log in if you already have one).建立帳號（若已有帳號則直接登入）。
- Set a master password. Use a new password that you do not use for email, Google, or any other account. Your admin cannot see or recover it.設定主密碼。 請使用一組全新的密碼，不要與 Email、Google 或其他帳號共用。管理員無法查看或幫你找回。
- Log in to the web vault — then go to step 2. Do not accept the invitation yet.登入網頁版密碼庫 — 接著做步驟 2。先不要接受邀請。

The invite expires in 5 days. If you miss it, ask your admin to resend.

Do all of this in the web vault (vt.dset.tw), not the browser extension or mobile app.
以上都要在網頁版密碼庫（vt.dset.tw）操作，不能用瀏覽器擴充功能或手機 App。
Your organization requires two-step login. You must set this up before you can join the organization and access shared passwords.
組織要求啟用兩步驟驗證。設定完成前無法加入組織，也看不到共用密碼。
Install an authenticator app on your phone:
在手機上安裝一個驗證器 App：
- Log in to the web vault at vt.dset.tw.登入網頁版密碼庫 vt.dset.tw。
- Go to Settings → Security → Two-step login.前往 Settings → Security → Two-step login（設定 → 安全性 → 兩步驟登入）。
- Find Authenticator App and click Manage.找到 Authenticator App，按下 Manage（管理）。
- Enter your master password when prompted.輸入主密碼確認身分。
- Scan the QR code with your authenticator app.用驗證器 App 掃描 QR Code。
- Enter the 6-digit code from the app and click Enable.輸入 App 產生的 6 位數驗證碼，按下 Enable（啟用）。
- You will see a green "Enabled" confirmation.看到綠色的 「Enabled」 即表示設定成功。
- Test it: open a private/incognito window and try logging in.測試一下： 另開無痕/私密視窗，試著登入確認 2FA 正常運作。
Save your recovery code!
務必保存復原碼！
After enabling 2FA, save your recovery code somewhere safe (not in the vault). If you lose your phone and do not have this code, you may not be able to get back into your account.
啟用 2FA 後，保存你的復原碼（Recovery Code），存放在安全的地方（不要存在密碼庫裡）。如果手機遺失且沒有復原碼，可能無法再登入帳號。
Use the authenticator app, not email 2FA
請使用驗證器 App，不要使用 Email 2FA
The authenticator app is more reliable and does not depend on email delivery.
驗證器 App 較穩定，也不會受到郵件延遲影響。
Now that 2FA is on, join the organization — this is what gives you the shared passwords.
2FA 設定好之後就可以加入組織了 — 這一步才會拿到共用密碼。
- Go back to the invitation email and click "Join Organization Now" again. The same link works more than once.回到邀請信，再按一次 「Join Organization Now」。同一個連結可以重複使用。
- Log in if asked, then click Accept.如果要求登入就登入，然後按 Accept（接受）。
- An admin then has to confirm your membership. Until they do, you will not see shared passwords — this is expected, and usually takes less than a day.接著管理員會確認你的成員資格。確認之前看不到共用密碼是正常的，通常一天內完成。
Still told to enable two-step login?
還是出現「請先啟用兩步驟登入」？
Your 2FA did not finish enabling. Go back to step 2 and check that Settings → Security → Two-step login shows a green Enabled next to Authenticator App.
表示 2FA 沒有真的啟用完成。回到步驟 2，確認 Settings → Security → Two-step login 裡的 Authenticator App 顯示綠色的 Enabled。
Invite expired? Invitations are valid for 5 days. Ask your admin to resend — your account and 2FA stay as they are.
邀請過期了？邀請只有 5 天效期。請管理員重新發送即可 — 你的帳號和 2FA 都會保留。
Each app or extension needs to know our server. The setup is the same everywhere: choose "Self-hosted" and enter https://vt.dset.tw.
每個 Bitwarden App 或擴充功能都需要設定伺服器位址：選擇「Self-hosted」，輸入 https://vt.dset.tw。
If login fails, check that the app says Self-hosted and the Server URL is exactly https://vt.dset.tw.
如果登入失敗，請先確認畫面上選的是 Self-hosted，而不是 bitwarden.com。

Use the built-in generator when creating accounts. Long random passwords are best.

Import from another manager從其他密碼管理器匯入
Web vault → Tools → Import Data. Supports Chrome, 1Password, LastPass, KeePass, and more. Delete the exported file after importing.
網頁版 → Tools → Import Data。支援 Chrome、1Password、LastPass、KeePass 等多種格式。匯入後請刪除匯出檔案。

Changes usually appear automatically. If not, use Sync in the app or pull down to refresh on mobile.
